I will be bringing a very non traditional parking lot build via the enabling skills of pimpm3. Unlike in past years, where we have ruined trucks, chopped body panels off firebirds, and gutted lincolns, this is purely for practical purposes.
jeremy is sourcing me a club car golf cart, and i gather either jeremy or stampie or myself will get it from jacksonville to gainsville.
i’ll be sourcing interesting bits like a lift kit, some wheels(anyone have some rwd offset 13-15” 4x100’s?), a back seat, seatbelts, lights, a stereo, and anything else we determine is necessary to create an awesome pit vehicle. If we can source 13” wheels i can steal the old toyo proxes slicks off the wheels stampie has at my house, or if they’re 4x100 i’ll just steal everything. I’ve already got some LED driving lights we can put on the front.
all suggestions are welcome.
Don't I have a set of 13 inch 4x100 steelies at your house? If so put the proxies on them and happy birthday.
If you two are talking about the wheels I sold Stampie, then they're 4x4.5" (4x114.3 mm),the 70s Japanese standard.
Yeah, those. I’ll keep an eye out for something cool. The unilug western turbines i have are only unilug enough to to 4.25 on the small end.
Lift kit ordered. Jeremy sourcing the back seat/bed.
i am scaring up some LED’s and a headlight switch. I don’t know what color it is or will be, but i may bring paint
If for some reason this needs to come to Gainesville in advance of the actual event, I could make room for it in my garage.

I have a 12V LED 'light bar' style Chinese light that was sent to me accidentally by amazon. Only one though. Would donate.
Cool. I think wheel adapters are in order, because at $39 i can use the 4x4.5 diamond racing wheels and tires.
Lift kit and flares arrived, wheel adapters ordered so we can use the diamond racing wheels and proxes. The lift clears 23” tires, the toyos are 22.5. Not sure slicks were the intended reason for lifting a golf cart, but i’ll take it.

Neon pink.
Was kinda thinking purple.
Why not both? This is the perfect time for some 90s heartbeat stripes.
A club car with 22.5 inch tires is good for about 19 mph. A speed code will get it up to 24 ish. The speed code on a 2014 can only be put on by a club car authorized dealer which runs about $75.00.

It makes me very happy that you know this.
Living at the beach in Florida, I sell like 10 of these things a year!
Looking forward to the parking lot build.
Deleting paint from the equation because
this is the main PLB concern
Very simple. Clean up, wheel stud conversion, change wheels, fix oil cooler leak, nitrous, stickers.
In reply to Patrick :
We could strip the interior for Friday then put it back in for Saturday. It is a parking lot build tradition you know.
You'll need to log in to post.
