Next year it will have a chute.
Seeing your Mustang run on the drag strip was awesome!

Yeah dude, that thing was rowdy!

Kurt got the 12" roast beef. So big it came in two baskets. He said "that looks bigger than 12"" to which I replied "Well, when you've been misrepresenting yourself this long..."

I knew they screwed up my order. I wanted the same thing, I got one basket. Still looked huge
Hey everyone, just checking in, since I hated missing the Challenge for the first time since 2004.
I am doing great, just returning from a family trip to Italy. We visited both Ferrari museums, the Alfa Romeo museum, and Lamborghini museum, ate lots of Italian food, and saw those incredible ancient buildings, works of art, and fabulous scenery! And adorable little cars that we don't have in the US.
Congrats not just to the Challenge winners, but to all who took part in the Challenge, and all who worked to make it successful. I hope to see everyone next time!
Danny

A few of us old timers noticed your absence; glad it was for all the right reasons! Sounds like a great trip

We missed ya, Danny! Glad you and your family had a great time - my wife and I did a similar trip a couple of years ago, it was absolutely a bucket list trip.

My first Challenge had me in a bit of a twitch. Here's a photo I took leaving the head somewhere on I-95, still not really believing I was headed to the Challenge.
Here is the car after we got all of the stickers on it.
And here is YT, after having been, in turns, exhausted, excited, worried and thrilled to be here. Yes, I recognize the dissonance of having a rotor on my T-shirt and having brought a Subaru.
My favorite moment of absolute cuteness overload was JWhits daughter following the Material Girls around looking at them like I look at cheeseburgers.
Daddy didn't get her into motorsports, some OG bad b!t€hes in pink cowboy hats did!
Yes, that and the kids that were out splashing in the puddles having the time of their lives.
Oh, and I also encourage everyone to go to the autocross photo set and peruse #1283-1292

You could hear her thinking "Big girls! I get to spend time with big girls!"
