The same guy has an Eclipse listed and, as far as I can tell, the ads seem legit.
I've been looking to reduce the fleet (edit: Read as "get rid of the beaters and get one do-it-all vehicle.") and there's a particular dealership I prefer to work with. They use KBB trade in values for all trades. The trade in value range on this truck is from $1,492-$2,917, so $2,205. I could snag it for $500, plus $200 for tax, title and license, then wheel over and trade it in for $2,205, if I find a vehicle there that I'm ready to pull the trigger on.
Makes a fella think.

Their ability to rust their way into uselessness scares me, but for $600 you can't really go wrong. If the body and frame are solid, you can keep rebuilding the mechanicals forever.
Yep, if that was in Pennsylvania my wife would shoot me, but I'd have a truck and there'd be an Impreza for sale to fund the trailer purchase.
