Unfinished homebuilt car trailer $300

This is mine, though I just got it Sunday afternoon. Then Sunday night I found someone who wanted to trade me a 2-year old car trailer for my '88 pickup(that no one seemed to be interested in), so I'll pass this deal on to you guys.

I got this trailer from a guy I went to school with. His inlaws started building & used it around the farm a bit, but never finished it. He got it from them a couple years ago with intentions of finishing it, but never did. I paid him $300 for it 3-days ago, and that's what I'll take for it.

It pulled fine on the 7-mile trip home. There are no lights, vin or title, since it was never completed. 16'-deck. Located in 60963.

Does it have brakes on the axles? How long is it tongue included?

Screaming deal. The wheels are so far back on that thing that it will have a little heavy tongue weight, but tow very stable.

No brakes. I haven't measured the tongue, but its about 4' long, so pretty close to 20' total length.

I'm interested, I just have to secure a place to store it, that and try and get SWMBO approval since I just bought another car a week ago
