Finally got some hatch diag time and this is what I found.
On my way to put a boat load of heat into this poor car.
1st door off, thanks to a combo of lots of heat, bfh, and a crazy combo of punches.
Drivers door off.
More doors coming off.
lots of cussing getting non bolt on hinge doors to line up.
Started cutting, but due to some family issues coming up had to load up and take everything home.
Got a nasty slice that leaked
Fresh set of rp-18s incoming. (There are jack stands under it)
Testing out said new rp-18s
Bonus mower pic from same day.
Light Omni progress.
Leakey heater hose/leaky heater valve cut out.
New manual heater valve, OEM plastc ones seem to leak in under a year for me.
Parts car is becoming more of a parts car every day.
100 miles buzzing around town in traffic. Didn't come close to overheating or do anything to abnormal. Need to dial in alignment some more.
Best way to get home from alignment shop by yourself.
Fresh front suspension and rear bushings and shocks.

Yes sir. Came off campus. That's 2 cars this year from that area that didn't know what they had.

Ah, I'm used to the earlier xj interior and that looked a lot fancier.
Damn, $100 under the seat?! I think the most I've found was a pink leopard license plate frame and like $2
PO had the wrong size battery and the worst battery clamps known to man kind in there. The negative terminal was hitting the hood and broke it from the case and was leaking battery acid.
Hour or so of cussing later and a trip to town we are left with this.
PO put new PS lines on and didn't tighten one was checking out all the new front end parts also.
Strobing 3rd brake light in.
Spare tire mount parts where missing. Did come with a new spare I won't use .
Nice and tidy.
