Well, I was also trying to be nice. I really think I could do it in ProE in about a 1/2 hour.

It doesn't make sense to me, either but that's what the guy who made it said.

The engine/trans are moved so far back in the car that the shifter is behind where I sit, so there is a rod going forward to the ideal location for the shifter. One boot covers the shifter that goes into the trans and the other covers the actual shift lever I use when I'm driving.
We tossed around many ideas for graphics and wanted something unique and tied into the Britishness of the car or the Jaguar V12. Briget sketched out the leaping Jaguar on the side of the car and it occured to her that the Jaguar is also called a Panther, and it wasn't a big leap to "Pink Panther" so here is the graphics of the car. There are a few details missing but you get the idea.
As long as you dress all your pit crew like Kato you should be fine.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!"
With her making that awesome livery, I think I know why it's wearing EML designation.
The PP "flicking" the cone on the hood is pure genius!
If you drive halfway as well as you fab stuff, your competition is in trouble!
I have been following this build since the start and have been flabbergasted by the pace. Can't wait to see it on the track.
The car was too low for my ramps so I had to call in a flatdeck. It was rainy but I like the way the car looks in daylight.

No, you should just tell people you did. Then when they look for him, attack them from behind.
OK, maybe that would not really work out so much.
Had my second dyno session today. With no other changes, the new intakes made about 30 more hp and with some timing advance the car made 290 hp at 6023 rpm and 288.5 ft/lbs at 3765 rpm. The hp peak is 600 rpm higher and the torque peak is 400 rpm lower than before. Here is the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ffuksaN2LDI

That is awesome news. moreover it RAN long enough to prove the Price of Darkness wrong.

I think the only Lucas parts left are the actual distributor housing, cap and rotor. Everything else has been replaced with something more reliable. I am more worried about the darn Strombergs.

Egad, that thing sounds glorious!
EDIT: Just carry around a box of rebuild kits. Those damn plastic diaphrams always seemed to split when I was 250mi from home in the GT-6. Doesn't really impress most women when you tell them you need to borrow their kitchen table for a rebuild.
