The kids NC Miata needs tires. He replaced one last year with the Barum Bravuris 5HM when he had a flat in an inconvenient place. Thinking of just getting the other 3.
Any thoughts or feedback on these?
Thanks.

Barum is a decently sized European manufacturer. I recognize the name because they sponsor a lot of stage rallies.
A brief googling suggests they're owned by Continental and have been since the early 90s. Any black rounds that can be sold legally in the US these days are likely better than the Firestones that were blowing up under Explorers 30 years ago.
I have a set of those on my V70 and they are really good tires. While I'm not trying to run it on a track, they proved to be very good here in CT during the winter and are quiet on the road. Wet weather handling is very good too.
I bought a set of used wheels that had a set of these tires on them (they were within a few thousand miles of new when I bought the set). Overall I'm pleased enough that I would buy another set.
