I love seeing cars with Superchargers busting out of the hood. Its almost like seeing a very busty woman with a really small shirt.

Yes, I would imagine so. (And this is the best idea I have seen in this thread so far). Use some "CAD" to get a template for your cut line so that your new flare lines up well with your existing body lines.
Edit: Also, early e46s have some of the biggest flares of any stock car I can think of (excluding stepside trucks). You can grab cheapo replacement fenders from many sources. They then add a subdued big fender look to many different cars.
