Can anyone comment on the seating options at Henry's? I can't find any good pictures on their website. Ideally we would have one long table capable of seating 15-20 people.

Seating can be found in a few places throughout the building, though the bar at the back of the building has the most seating. (I grabbed both photos from Google Maps, though I have been there several times before.)
I think there's some seating outside, too.
Just checking the calendar for Henry’s Depot, and I don’t see anything scheduled for December 8. Their cars and coffee is on December 1.

Which is why I chose the 8th.
TBH, Henry's is on the wrong side of Orlando for me and I'm still not sure it has enough/ideal seating for a gathering. I4 is LeSuck, especially if you have to go through downtown. Personally I thought Crabby Bill's worked well last year, but like, that's my opinion, man. I just want to nail down a date/location.
Maybe the new Ace Cafe will be open by December 8?
(Also, just kidding about the new Ace; it will be located about a hundred yards away from Henry’s Depot.)
So, are we set on Henry’s Depot on December 8? Sadly, I think no matter where we go in Florida, I-4 will be a factor.
