I have many refrigerator magnets from them.
Shipping prices can be silly, but they're good to go. There's usually a GRM discount code too.
Watch their shipping (they'll help identify places where products will ship from the same warehouse)
Otherwise, grab the 5% coupon from the forum here and order the parts you need. I've had great luck with them and I have a fridge full of their magnets :)

Yeah, they've gotten hit-or-miss with magnets lately. But their parts are still dirt cheap and their shipping is FAST. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but I draw the line at paying 2-3x as much and waiting a week to get a part
I'm in Canada and I still quite often order from Rockauto.
If you have parts coming from multiple warehouses then the shipping gets expensive, but try getting a more expensive or a cheaper item, to see if they come from one warehouse.
P.S. My last order had 2 magnets!!
I use them often as a parts lookup. And I order from them a decent bit, but I always check if the part + shipping is cheaper via Prime than from Rockauto first.
They're my go-to source for parts. I love them. I'm secretly trying to figure out how to convince them to sponsor my next build. I don't know what would be in it for them, but it would help me out immensely.
Love rock auto. I order almost all my parts from them. Maintenance parts in particular like cabin filters, wiper blades and accessory belts are stupid cheap compared to AutoZone or the likes.
I order stuff from them often to both Canada and the US, only problem I've had so far is a specification mismatch on their website (listing 4AGE bluetop piston rings for a car with a 4AGE redtop - luckily I checked the ring thicknesses before I ordered).
They sell parts of varying quality at difficult to beat prices, their cheap off brand crap is cheap off brand crap (though probably no worse than parts store house brand cheap crap), their brand name stuff is legit brand name stuff. What parts are you looking for?

They are located in Madison, WI. You could swing through on the way to your Michigan summer.

I get stuff there all the time. Actually on Friday morning I ordered a $6.00 front brake hardware kit for the WRX and it arrived today....
Especially awesome deals there are things like windshield wipers (seriously, you can get Hella wipers for like $3 each and they are really good). Also make a login with your cars and they'll send you occasional things with closeout prices on parts for your car, especially older cars. I think I once got a set of Raybestos semi-metallic brake pads for the e30 for like $4.50, and they were good pads.
Otherwise, they are also really good with returns and replacing things with little to no questions asked, in my experience.
As noted before, shipping can get you if you order a ton of stuff that come from a ton of different warehouses, so look for things that come from the "same warehouse" if you can.
I've used them for parts for all my non-vintage cars and trucks. I don't find their website particularly easy to use. They give a lot of choices for the same part and it isn't always clear what the differences are, if any.
Stay way from their close out stuff, particularly if it is something that doesn't store well, like rubber. I bought a close out fan belt from them once that was so old and crispy it broke in my hand. It was only $1.25 so I just threw it away.
I order from them all of the time, planning on grabbing up a SBC points-stye distributor from them next week.
I like how they have everything that you'll need all in one place. Just dial in the year/make/model and the list covering everything pops right up !
They're my favorite, just watch shipping from multiple warehouses which can cause some high shipping prices. I'm usually able to work around that, though.
Look for the 5% off coupon.
I buy from them often. Even with shipping, they're nearly always cheaper than retail chains for the same brands.
Add all of your vehicles to your account. Then you get e-mails with the discontinued parts list. Just received my 6 oil filters, belt, brake pads, spark plugs, axle seal, etc, for $45.
You'll need to log in to post.
