Noob question by on adjustable sway bars how do you make the bar stiffer bt moving the end link closer to the tire or further away
you make it stiffer by shortening the lever arm that enacts the torsion on the tube.
thank you (trying to maybe modify the one on my truck to be a little stiffer because no one makes an aftermarket one)
i dont know you exact application, but you may be better off going this route http://www.stockcarproducts.com/ftsusp.htm (look under swaybars and swaybar arms)
you gotta do a bit of math to figure out exactly what you want/need, but it may beat hacking up a stock one.
