Hard to say. It was $21455 on the website, and the rebates/deals were all mixed in with that sheet of numbers. The amount financed after my $5k down was like $17.6k on the bottom line. Maybe not such a bad deal? Never bought a new car, ever. Closest was the 2006 Scion xB in 2008.

Any chance you could give me the numbers you paid? Mostly amount financed and your car payment. Trying to decide if this is good.

Seeing that I don't typically buy new cars either, I have a question for you. Is sales tax calculated against the price of the car before or after the rebates are applied? Fields is telling me it's the pre-rebate price but that isn't what I expected.
Holy crap. I didn't know I was interested in these... I see a couple 2013 Abarths on their website for $18.6? Whoa.

That looks like a good color combo and a great price. I don't like the circle in a circle in a circle gauge cluster nor the hyper mite looks, but glad you got a car you like at a price you like. They do have a sweet sound. Congrats.

Just got emailed an offer for $22.2k out the door at a dealer an hour away. And got a phone call out of the blue from a dealer 15min away that I didn't know existed because their prices didn't have the rebate. They called from my attendance at the auto show last weekend...
Going to see if they can match/better the 1hr away guy tomorrow after work.
The dealer I spoke with said that the rebates were extended through the end of the month.

The local dealer on the phone said point blank "it's no secret we have these 2013's we need to get rid of". Because if they end the offer today, they still have the same number of 2013's on the lot tomorrow, while 2014's are showing up. I almost left early today for it but didn't.

Must take delivery today for the rebates.....
Oldest line in the book. Of COURSE the rebates end on the last day of the month! Guess what? The NEW rebates start on the first of NEXT month.
The first brand new [redacted] I ever bought... I made the deal in mid-July. For various reasons, I couldn't take delivery until August 9th. The salesman hemmed and hawed about the rebate ending at the end of July. Guess what? on August first, the rebate DOUBLED, and I made out like a bandit.

I bought mine today! The rebates are continuing, and they ended up using 2-3 different ones to get me a good price to match/beat a dealer 80 miles away. Ended up being $170 more for two options worth about $1800 that the other car didn't have.
