Last night on Jay Leno he said the latest food fad to hit county fairs was a bacon cheeseburger, with buttered and toasted Krispee Kreme donuts as the buns. I think I'd rather try this bacon-cheese roll, instead.....AFTER it's dipped in chocolate.
Nah this particular set of instructions to make the bacon deathlog has been on here before...probably more than once.
They have chocolate covered bacon at the local fair this year.

I made one of those and it turned out pretty good. My family split up and ate half of it. A buddy came over a little bit later and ate the other half.

Saw this on Man Vs. Food the other day, except they turned the donuts inside out and grilled them.

Nope. Tried it the Texas State Fair, wasn't worth the effort. Had to stop eating the chicken fried bacon at four strips (gave me six), I started sweatin grease.

I would DESTROY one of those with no second thoughts. That sounds amazing.
And i've made both the Bacon Explosion meat log, and the Bacon and cheese roll.
Both were delicious.
Hell, i've even gotten in the magazine for talking about bacon on this forum.
