I probably already have and just didn't know it. I did eat cafeteria food when I was in school. We always joked that the "Salisbury Steak" was horse meat.
Sure. As long as it's not my horse. (Though I've known a couple of ponies that certainly had it coming...)

Not only would, but have, it's quite tasty.
It's not legal to sell in the US if I remember right though, so you'll have to go to Canada or Europe or something.
There are several horses at the barn where we board our flea-bitten varmint that deserve to be stewed.
Yes; I would try dolphin if you give me a chance.
Quick question:
Cow = Beef
Deer = Vension
Horse = ???

COngress has removed the ban on funding FDA Horse meat inspections.
Slaughterhouses are expected to pop up in Oklahoma and Kansas in the next 60-90 days.

I probably would not. Dolphin are meat eaters. I'm not a fan of eating other meat eaters, taste bad. That, and they tend to concentrate pollutants- dolphins tend to be quite high in mercury.
But I have no problem if you want to eat it.
other countried eat cats and dogs. Horses are vegitarians, so some of the meat probably tastes quite good.

People tend to get butthurt over "majestic" or "cute" animals, but don't give two E36 M3s about ugly ones.

They called it Paardenvlees in Belgium, but that just means Horse Meat in Dutch.

They say pigs make great companions, are really smart, loyal, etc. but nobody seems to be passing on bacon because of it.
yep...I have no problem with it and I grew up with horses.
I can also look at a young calf and lick my lips while thinking....mmmmmmm...veal.....

According to Esquire -
People in America expect it to taste like game meat, like buffalo or moose, but it tastes just like sweet filet mignon. Kangaroo is very lean; there's no fat on it at all.
