Had negative terminal disconnected on the better half's 2010 Fit now the car won't start. It is not showing an immobilizer light but does show a power steering idiot light. Cranks but seems like the fuel/spark has been cut by the factory security system. Have tried both keys with same result.

After checking all fuses, battery terminals and cables still no start. Disconnected battery for fourth time and voila..all codes are now clear, running and shifting fine..
3000 kms past warranty the automatic starts acting up. Third clutch pressure switch died on the automatic. Thanks to Google and a $60 part it si all good again.

Is this a regular issue? I've owned both, and currently have the ge8 chassis with the sport auto trans.
