Dominion Raceway, located in Thornburg, Virginia, already features an oval track, a road course and a drag strip, but soon the motorsports complex will also offer a selection of “luxury garage condominiums” to interested buyers.
Known as Dominion Lux, a total of 115 units will be built over four phases, with phase one now under construction.
Measuring 22 feet high, each unit comes with a mezzanine overlooking the garage space, a bathroom, a utility sink, 150 amps of power, and full heating and cooling. If you are interested in more than just that, each unit can be customized with unique materials and finishes, as well as a wet bar or coffee bar.
Each owner will also have full access to the “amenity suite,” which features a mechanic’s bay with a fully stocked wash bay, coffee shop, a bar and recreation room.
Prices start at $195,000 for a 744-square-foot Single, $295,000 for a 1488-square-foot Double, and $590,000 for a 2976-square-foot Quad.
Dominion Lux will also be hosting a Cars & Coffee on November 21 at Dominion Raceway where you can get a glimpse of the luxury units already under construction. Visit dominionlux.com/events for more information.

Ran there with Track Night and it was a nice little addition, still relatively new road course.
I hope things go well there so that they can invest in moving the walls away from the track and getting some gators or more ground cover at the esses near the back. Lots of dust was kicked up and watching some of the club racing video there there was lots of dirt kicked up as well.
Their club house is absurdly nice. Felt way too classy for OLOA people and I feel like we were one step up from normal grubby club racers. Track driving is getting so fancy.
