It all came down to the final moments. No spoiler alerts, of course, but GRM’s Winter iRacing Series Finale at Sebring looked to be in the bag for one driver but, well, no spoiler alerts.
That feature race, broadcast live via SYM TV last Wednesday, featured two classes at Sebring: Daytona Prototypes vs. GT1 sports cars–two groups that, technically, never met on track in real life. Downforce vs. more downforce; horsepower vs. horsepower.
The 45-minute format required all drivers to pit, though, to take on fuel–but would tires also be needed?
