Something Ford, something Chevrolet, something Italian. Well, that last part is unexpected.
We'll see how this all finishes out after this weekend.

This weekend’s Tire Rack SCCA Time Trials Nationals at NCM Motorsports Park is the NATA Championship Presented by Grassroots Motorsports season finale. Here’s a rundown of who’s in contention for being crowned the best of the best in time trials among Global Time Attack, Gridlife and SCCA competition.

Steve Luca enters TTN tied in points with last year’s champion, Feras Quartoumy. Feras, however, is not on the entry list at NCM. Luca, who has the track record for a production car at the Kentucky circuit, makes him the favorite to win, but Kyle McKiou still has a chance at the title.

The competition for this class is wide-open, with several still in contention for the championship. The list of contenders includes Nick Hendrix, Kyle McKiou, last year’s champ Jackie Ding, Allen Patten, Michael Young, Dallas Reed, Paul Ough, Ben Bulthuis and Jerome Cahuzac.

While the Small Tire 200tw class had a huge number of entrants over the course of the six-race schedule, only three contenders are entered at the Time Trials Nats. That trio includes Anthony Leclerc, Jerami Bailey and Richard Sawicki.
These championships will be determined during the Tire Rack SCCA Time Trials Nationals, which takes place October 24-27 at NCM Motorsports Park in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
