Want to become a volunteer staffer at Lime Rock Park during their big spectator weekends? They’re looking for volunteers for two divisions.
1. The Esses Club Staff
Parking cars, manning access points and checking-in campers and other Guest Services efforts are the primary duties. Esses Staffers enjoy an all-access approach to Lime Rock Park and get to work hand in hand with track management – not to mention meeting a star driver now and again.
2. The Righthanders
Righthanders support Lime Rock’s marketing department. Areas of responsibility include the press room, supporting operations on the spectator hillsides, pre-race ceremonies, banner hanging-takedown, assisting spectators in getting from one area of the park to another, and staffing the all-important info booth.
Both positions are a good way to get a taste of the inside of professional road racing.
