Interesting, it's actually a BugEye nose on a box Sprite......which I think is a great combination myself. One of the biggest problems with a Bugeye is not having a trunk lid, and this fixes that.

Don’t let the cute face and wire wheels fool you, this Austin-Healey Sprite is packing a powerful secret–for a Bugeye Sprite, anyway.
In place of the factory engine is a 1.6-liter inline-four from a Mazda Miata, with a turbocharger added for good measure.
As well, the seller notes that the Sprite is also equipped with a five-speed manual gearbox.

That swap is just too clean. Needs more booger welds.
