Ha, a 959 clone popped up in my FB Marketplace light night, and I thought it would be funny if you found the same car.
Yet you didn’t.

Considering that a genuine Porsche 959 can easily set you back $1 million or more, is a DIY replica the next best thing?
What you are looking at is a 1983 Porsche 911 SC that has been (partially) made to look like a 959 with a body kit.
Sure, the car needs cosmetic work, but the Porsche is billed as being mechanically sound.
Find this Porsche 959 tribute project for sale from Beverly Hills Car Club for $32,500.

I wonder how many different kits they made back in the day, and which ones were the best or worst. I recall seeing an article on one in an old VW&Porsche magazine.
The paint should buff out just fine and with a little TLC, I'm sure the interior will look great too.
Saw that the asking price was $32,500. I imagine with another $32,500 spent on this thing it might be actually worth about... $30,000.

Here’s the one that popped up in my feed: 1968 Porsche 912 roller.
I especially like the "P O R S" on the steering wheel. The question is did they leave out an 'O', or is there an unneeded 'R'...?
