That's awesome! Not the tool box I would have used, but I can understand the vintage-vibe idea.
One question - is there anything to keep it from sliding into the truck-box door?
Now our tools can be pulled right out for easy access. We purposely mounted the tool box just below and to the right (forward of) our work bench, so we can have easy access to both at once.
Two sets of heavy duty drawer sliders are rated for 50 pounds (each set) and seem to be holding up quite well. Notice how we mounted them off the wall, so the tool box would have no trouble sliding out of (and not into) the compartment wall.
On the opposite side, we made a wall partially through our 48-inch cabinet and mounted the drawer sliders directly to that wall, making sure we got them exactly parallel. From here we could bolt the sliders to our tool box.
While we were enjoying our ramp truck greatly, we were frustrated that every time we needed a tool, we had to take a heavy tool box out of the side of the truck and put it up on our work bench—or at least on the bed of the truck to get a tool.
Using the same logic we used to make our cooler slide in and out, we mounted an old tool box we had had for years on sliders, so that we could roll it right out when we opened one of the cabinet doors.
To do this, we built brackets out from the right side of the cabinet (looking forward) to mount two sets of heavy-duty drawer pulls parallel to one another.
On the left of the toolbox, we built a wall inside the cabinet and mounted another pair of drawer sliders.
We were thrilled with how this came out and how easy it is to reach our tools now when either stopping on the side of the road to fix something, or when using our ramp truck to crew at the track.

I hope you reinforced it to death. A fifty pound tool box going over a thousand mile of bumps will be brutal.
Also, don't drive in Indiana, they have the worst roads in the country. They'll destroy this.
