Answer: yes.

We know that few people are asking that question, but we figured we’d put out the info. Perhaps, one day in the future, it will save the day for someone.

Some specifics: In our case, a Covercraft cover fit for a 1984 Porsche Carrera fitted with a duck tail–that last bit is important–will cover an NA-chassis Miata.

The Porsche cover is a bit long, yes, but it does work well in a pinch.

I don't have a 911 or a Miata, but somehow I feel comforted about knowing this.

Same here....

Maybe, one day, someone will search and find the answer here.

Perhaps.

That's interesting and all but what I really want is a cover to put on my Miata that turns it into a 911.  That I would be excited about!

We can see if that's in development.
