Our H Stock MINI got its first alignment this morning. We took it to Granada Goodyear here in Ormond Beach (386-672-2251) where one of their techs took care of our special requests.

The MINI has three adjustments that can be made: front toe, rear toe and rear camber (new for 2005) We adjusted the front from .47 degrees toe-in to .14 degrees toe-out. The rear was adjusted from .12 degrees toe-in to .04 degrees toe-out. The left rear camber was reduced from -0.7 to -0.4. The right rear camber was reduced from -1.3 to -0.7. Essentially, we dialed as much negative camber OUT of the rear as we could.

These changes should make our MINI a little more “active” on course, more like some of the cars that we were watching at Nationals last week.
