It’s a 1998, the first year of the SVT’s and it comes with a few mods. More pics to come. 17x9” wheels (stance/stretch/yo - blechk) D2 coilovers SVT Focus front calipers and rotors VMS removable steering wheel Remote battery install in trunk Some sort of LSD, probably a Torsen
