Black over tan leather package, bought with 85K miles or so on it. No accidents, single owner, and basically no maintenance. The hoses were definitely original, as was the ignition stuff. The paint looked awful, and the engine bay was a leaky, dirty mess. On the other hand, it was local, had the Torsen, and had a brand new top. The PS/AC belt had at least been replaced, and it had brand new Kumho ASTs on it. Rather than make myself crazy trying to find a 99 Sport, I bought this one. It’s a budget E Street build. Bought a pair of 20 run old Dunlop ZIIs, and put two new ones on at the same time. Also picked up a set of used Bilsteins from a ‘99 Sport, along with a new Racing Beat 1 1/8” hollow front swaybar with fancy Flyin’ Miata ball jointed endlinks. I’m running a pretty standard autocross alignment, but might bring the rear toe closer to zero. Currently I’ve got it at 1/8” total. Great car.
