I first seen the 88 Conquest when they came out and I was at the tender age of 17. I thought “wow” what a BA little ride. Of course I couldnt afford the 23K price tag at the time. :( Well, 25 years later I bought one. A sweet one at that. Perfect interior and a very nice exterior. The engine is pretty amazing when it runs right. “Runs right” is a very loose term with that engine. In the process now of dropping a SBC in it :).
