I lucked into this bike when my best friend needed to sell it with low miles and a few tasty modifications. I always lusted after it, and since picking it up, it has become my main means of getting around. I added oversize pegs and a fairing/windshield/lighting upgrade. It is about the most perfect jack-of-all trades motorcycle I could imagine. It is a true go-anywhere machine. It has more grunt, longer legs, and smoother running than a lot of other big single enduros, and it is way lighter than almost all other over-600cc dual sports….it weighs 10 pounds more than my air-cooled Suzuki 350! At home on the highway and on single track in the woods, fairly long service intervals, and with electric start plus EFI convenience, I think I’ll keep this bike a long time!
