Pulled the trashed engine out and put in a better one. Much, much faster.
It accellerates about as quickly as a new Veloster turbo, which is a mighty improvement over the 12.9 second 0-60 sprint I’d enjoyed with the 1.5L.
Now if I can just get it to make power past 5,800 rpm. Fabricated intake manifold and exhaust cutout - here we go!
