2001 Toyota Corolla

The way I believe corolla’s should have rolled off the factory floor, with tein s.tech springs, koni yellow struts, and 16x7 inch wheels. After 10 years I have built the corolla I envisioned should have been stock from the factory, and added the unobtanium trd rear lip spoiler, by a bit of luck and hard cash. The only thing I think should have been available was an xrs edition with the 2001 celica gts engine, or a turbo model. pictures forthcoming asap. I will say that even with rolled fenders the 205’s are too wide in the rear they might work with a different offset wheel. 195’s work just fine though.

Just rolled over 190k miles, did 4 years of autocross in h-stock. strangely still has the original clutch. Still a blast to drive. Yay for slow fun cars!

New Koni yellows new H&R springs at 210k miles. I have to say H&R makes great springs. they are what I had hoped the Tein springs would be but never were. Great ride, tires NEVER rub. lower than stock and much more firm but not rough and unpredictable like the teins.
