After the side brackets were built,i fiberglassed them in so air would be trapped and forced to go through the radiator. Then a top needed to be made. Imade the outer structure out of weldable steel and then fiber glassed it in as well. Spritzed it with some black paint and put strips of foam on all points of contact with the radistor.
