1972 Alfa Romeo GTAm replica

20

My dad and I (plus about three other guys) built this car years ago for vintage racing in Texas. It is in California today. It is powered by a 2.0L Nord block with a Twinspark head from an Alfa 75 grafted on top. It’s one of the best-sounding 4 cylinder engines I have ever heard.

Pure sex. Too bad you can't attach audio so we could hear it scream.

Nice one ! Are you allowed to have the dry sump tank where you drive without protection?

The dry sump tank location was never a problem in tech, though it would really suck to have 14 quarts of hot oil flying around in the cabin!

Hi Mike. I must ask..is there any thought to selling the car? I race with RMVR here in Denver and would be super interested. Thanks, Keith

Keith: this car is owned by a guy in Los Angeles now, or at least it was a few years ago. He was looking to sell it a couple of years ago, and it was featured on Bring A Trailer at the time.
