The latest pile that I’ve hauled home on a flatbed (like you’ve never done that!). It’s an ‘83 320i…in fact, we think it may be a 320is, the factory sport model, since it has most of the hotrod parts: LSD, rear swaybar, basketweave wheels, etc. This car has sat unloved for 2 years while mother nature dumped on it day after day. Perfect! Since I bought the car to compete in the 24 Hours of Lemons, our budget was tight, but we only spent $400 on it leaving me plenty of cash for “upgrades” and spare parts for trades. Brakes are mostly on the car now…a cage is next. I’ll update when I can. See you at the track!

Yup. It reminds me so much of my lost and lamented iS, I hate to see it go to LeMons. John has assured me that it's nowhere near as nice as it looks.
I swear, she's NASTY! I'll try & dig up the pics of all the mudbug nests I've cleaned out of the undercarriage. The passenger side has the rust & dents! Plus...it smells. Bad. Musty.
Seems criminal to wreck it in LeMons. I haven't seen a 320i in RI in AGES. They're all gone. :(

No, that's the one 320is item the car didn't have. Of course, it's not exactly difficult to swap seats out so I really can't say for sure. We're going to do it again though!
