There's a long story, particularly chassis re-development before things 'fell into place' as Geoff said. I became so enamored w/ these cars (as well as the Group 44 Jags & Group C Mercedes) during that time. It was a great racing era.
The rear quarter panel section of the 83 or 84 is hanging on my sons wall. Both cars flipped end over end right in front of me at Road Atlanta. I think it was 1991. The cars were outrageous.
