Where to buy a 2006 Miata shift knob?

I need to buy a new 6spd shift knob for my '06 Miata since it's going up for sale in the next 3-4 weeks. The center portion fell out and I'd like to replace it.

However, I just called my local Mazda dealer and they want an un-BERKELEYING-believable $275 for one.

Any ideas? It looks like this:

EBay? Amazon? I don't think it's limited to the miata. Shared with the Mazda3.

I'll look tomorrow, we might have one. We've also got an NC in for a V8 swap right now, I'll find out what's going to happen to the knob.

^That would be great Keith. I'm having absolutely no luck finding one, even with the sites Apex mentioned.

I really don't want to put an aftermarket knob on the car since everything else is completely stock.
