I saw this at Performance Tire several years ago and got to talk to the owner a little bit. This is the first time I've seen it out on the street.
We had a brief chat at the traffic light, he said it was really clean when he bought it, he keeps it clean oh, and he drives the hell out of it!

Yeah, I regret that I can only hit thumbs up on this once. Cars like that were *made* to be driven, not to sit around.

Very large case of want for one of those. I'll take mine with a 70s era paint job and a big block please.

Here is the ad for the one I linked! I bet if you show up with a trailer you can get it for FREE!
Also, I just learned that this website is a thing:

I used to have the 19' Sleekcraft Kauai pictured below. One of the reasons I bought it was because it still had its engine cover. I'm not a fan of an engine towering up out of the engine compartment and over-the-transom exhaust. This boat was, well, sleek and what's not to love about a boat with a 455 Olds engine driving a Jacuzzi pump, with a big chrome cartoon foot for a gas pedal? There aren't many unmolested vintage jetboats left out there.
while we're talking jet boats, I'm sure you've all seen Finnegan's twin turbo drag boat 'Game Over' right?
notice there's only one seat. I'm guessing that's because no one else is dumb enough to get in it with him.

I’ve watched his videos on the build, there’s a seat for a passenger for recreational runs. For a race, it’s just Finnegan with a helmet, Kevlar shorts (yes really), a life jacket and some kind of parachute like device that’s supposed to pull him clear of the boat in the event of a flip over at speed.

Pretty sure the bucket is both holding the caliper and blocking the view of the jackstand
A friend on the book of faces posted this asking what is it. I'd say a once upon a time pretty fancy air boat of unknown origin!
