Paul Allen needs this for the combat armor museum. I just checked - Sherman, T-34, Patton, V-2, etc ; but no Stewart.
Wasn't this a Tier 1 tank in WoT? :)
The auction site Bring a Trailer has been growing quickly and selling more cars every day. But they just full-on cannonballed into the deep end. Tomorrow, one lucky internet bidder will be the proud new owner of a WWII-veteran 1944 M5A1 Stuart tank. According to Bring a Trailer: “[It] was reportedly shipped to Europe late in the Second World War. It was then sold to Portugal, where it was retained in their light tank inventory through the late 1960s.”
So why in the world would someone need a tank? Maybe a museum could add it to their exhibits. Or maybe someone just needs to run some Nazis off a low bridge—and then destroy the bridge for good measure. Regardless, it’s an interesting piece of history, and the bid is currently sitting at $150,000.

No, pretty sure it's III or IV. None of you enablers better show this to my son. I think I've finally convinced him "own a tank" isn't a realistic life goal.

It actually has two! But it can run on one through a combining gearbox.
If the gun was operational, it would make a nifty commuter. Heck, who am I kidding? It would make an awesome commuter even without the gun. Traffic would become irrelevant.
