If you buy it, I have the necessary tools to deal with the CVVT actuators when you replace the cam seals, if you don't. The cam sprockets have no home position and no keyway, so reinstalling them requires the cam lock tool, the crank lock tool, removal of everything on the back of the engine including the starter, and three or four hands. If a CVVT hub itself is leaking I have some spares without too much play that I'd trade for an uncracked passenger taillight and a rear tow hook cover (if it is the right color)
I don't think it is the path to victory but it is definitely a good time. I do have a quick hack that turns the stock 14-16psi boost to 17-19 for a couple runs until the computer relearns the boost control adaptives, too, that costs almost nothing and is easily reversible...

AtSpeed car. I miss that shop. I always kinda wish that they had grabbed Miles Williams Ans Chad Block and merged with TPC, but it was not to be.
Saw a V70R today on the Turnpike and I realized something.
The only cheap wheels that fit are S60R/V70R Pegasus wheels, and Focus RS. The brake calipers stick out REALLY far from the hub face. ("But Pete, that isn't cheap!" No kidding!)
I have seen people use Fusion 17" steel wheels for winter with some bizarre application of sketchy hyper-extended wheel spacers and small diameter tires to prevent too much fender rub.

While all this is still hypothetical, ive wondered if regular S60 brakes would bolt on to run smaller drag setup wheels while also selling the oem peg wheels and big brake stuff for budget recoup. I know it doesnt sound cool to take the R bits away. I've never bought into a challenge car at full budget price. Still pondering the Girth of this car as well. Thanks for the insight I knew you were a R guru of sorts
