$2000 Challenge wish list (bring me goodies). Add your requests too!

So seeing as how we are a week and change out from the Challenge, I thought I would see what might be out there for my various projects.

Ford 460 rebuild stuff. I have a 1978 F150 2wd 460 that needs a set of rings at least. It will be my next project that isn't a Challenge car. I am torn on whether to use this motor in the truck or my Galaxie. It is OE to the truck but I doubt it will ever be worth much of anything.

Jaguar XJR stuff (mainly the 4l80e that I need to rebuild). This might be an engine donor for the truck.

Ford 4.6 parts. I have a 2v PI motor and a 4v B head that are both challenge car engine candidates. Go fast parts. Paired with a t45.

Crown vic suspension goodies. Doubt this will come up with anything but figured I would asked. This is also challenge car required so it would need to be cheap. I will consider anything though as I will be continuing this build post challenge.

Im looking for a lightweight ls flywheel, nb miata ac and power steering systems including rack, 70-72 duster fiberglass hood/bumpers, gmt400 all aluminum radiator, and gm 4 speeds.

I looked over your thread. Lots of good stuff but nothing that jumps out for me.

I have a pretty nice aluminum racing seat with cover I don't need. Kirkey or Butlerbuilt I think. If there's any interest I can get a photo and bring it to the Challenge. Probably like $50 or so.

I, also, am in need of a racing seat. Specifically, one that would fit 300lbs of my fat ass...

I've been thrashing too hard on the Lotus every night to remember pictures. I'll try again tonight.

I suppose this is the swap meet thread. Here's more stuff I've been too busy to list locally, some of it Lotus recoup:

• Set of 2 Jeep alloy wheels. 15x8 5x4.5 (114.3) lug pattern. Same ones used on Datsaniti, which wore 245 Hoosiers. Also good for drag tires. $10 each.
• Radiator fans and shroud assembly from a Toyota Avalon. Very powerful, but too big to fit in the nose of a Lotus. $10.
• Lotus Europa original bumpers. $50 for the pair
• Lotus Europa extra set of door glass. $50
• 2 sets of twin CT12a Toyota turbos from 1JZ-GTE. 4 tiny turbos total. $20 each or buy them all for $50.

I seem to be acquiring all of the mazda parts....

Anybody need any rx8 drivetrain parts or 2nd gen mazda rx7 parts?

Anybody need kids bikes?  For like 2 to 5 year Olds?  I just wanna get stuff out of my garage!

I have a lot of odds and ends from a decade plus of road racing.  If you are looking for something specific, let me know and I'll throw it in the truck for next weekend.

I have 20x8.5 wheels in 5x114.3 from my Q45, bought new in 2020 with equally new tires that have about 3k miles on them. Late model mustang is the original application but fit a plethora of other stuff  $250

69 porsche 911 steering rack $250

chevy 5.3 (unknown miles, pulled and heard run by dusterbd13) with pcm, new 302-1 swap pan, new standalone harness, new flywheel, 4 speed with bellhousing and pedals/cable from chevy monza v8. $1400 for everything 

10" sub boxes for pickup truck $20 each or both for $30 (dibs to dusterbd13)

almost new Harbor Freight cargo carrier for hitch (dibs to stampie for vodka)

Plaid Scirocco seats $100

I'm hoping angry can take down a free box of stuff I can't use. Switch panel, wires and misc switches, HF gauge trio, and whatever other misc non -trash I can find.

Edit to add: I have most of the flying Miata timing belt kit and 8 SBC spark plugs on the pile now too along with a Miata tombstone

Do yall need brake pressure gauges?  I have 2 or 3 of them.

I could use an intercooler / pipes / bov / etc. of the challenge friendly variety. I think all of my old collection went with Lil Bastard or somewhere...

Long shot: Dodge 2.2 turbo engine wiring harness, anyone? Almost any variety is workable like '86 turbo1 or '87 turbo2 kinda stuff. I have a bunch of early turbo dodge computers and such and the L body parts to splice it up.
