Pinto Cruising Wagon:
The Pinto Cruising Wagon in Silver Metallic (1G) is the first of three versions of this trend-setting mini-street-van option. All feature steel side panels with bubble-glass portholes, dual sport mirrors, front spoiler, styled steel wheels with trim rings, carpeting on inner quarter walls and load floor, and Sports Rallye Package, which adds: tachometer, ammeter, and temperature gauges, higher spring rates, front stabilizer bar (standard on Wagons), sport steering wheel, plus higher axle ratio with 2.3 litre engine and 4-speed manual transmission. Choose yours, as shown above in Silver Metallic (1G) decked out with optional three-color paint/tape, side tape stripe treatment (luggage rack included) which replaces standard vinyl insert bodyside moldings. Sharp.

I want one... I want one and want to install the Mustang II doors and front end. Possibly one of the ultimate sleeper. Taken you add: V8, 16V, or Turbo power.
Would it be bad to admit that I almost traded a 74 Pinto Hatchback for a plain blue one just like that back when they were only a couple years old?
Traded the 74 in for my first brand new car instead, an 82 1/2 Nissan Sentra. The trunk had Nissan on one side and Datsun on the other. Took the car from Tacoma to Fairbanks, Alaska where the dealer screwed some things up on it but made the paperwork look right, had issues with some things on the car and traded it in on a 81 K5 Blazer that I drove for 14 years. Someone ran a red light and put it in a junkyard.
