I drove a 74 Subaru DL back in high school. It contained an unimaginable amount of suck for one car.

Honestly, I can't believe that there is a single example of one of these left on the planet. Even the plastic parts on mine were all rusted out.

It's near me. It looks interesting. I don't have 2 grand anyway.

But, if it's still around next week when I get back into town from being gone for the weekend I could go take a look at it if anyone is interested.

That's pretty cool. While the factory version was dog-ass slow, they were very light. I always thought one with a more modern Subaru engine would be a good autocross candidate.

Jeebus! $2000 with all those spares! What a deal.
