With today's steel prices that's a steal. I'd grab some just because if I lived in the area.

That's been listed in some form or fashion for the better part of a year or two, so I wouldn't worry too hard about busting down the door to get there first.
In scrap they're worth about $2.80, but yes for that much tube it's cheap if you're willing to do the work to separate it
