This is out of my stash of gauges ive bought. Usually as a lot to get a specific gauge or two for a build, and the rest go in the box.
Regardless, i have an ultralight mechanical oil pressure gauge that is covered in overspray, and an ultralight mechanical fuel pressure gauge for carb pressures. Additionally, some generic, really crappy two gauge pillar pod that i have no idea of origin. To these three items i will add a scrap of steel line and an an tube nut to make the fuel gauge into a boost gauge.
Based upon the prices im seeing on Facebook, the gauges are worth about 30 bucks. Electric goes for 40 as the example below:
The cheapest new pillar pod i can find on ebay is $12 shipped.
I propose a $40 fmv for this bundle of auxiliary gauges and pod. Is that reasonable?
Didn't I give you those guages like 4 years ago after trying to sell them?
In my opinion, old used guages are 0$. They are more likely to cause you to spend $$$ than not.
P.s. I need to make a big fmv list for my build...
You may have! I honestly can't remember where most of that box came from except the longacre ones.
I gave a bunch of Longacre ones too. They were part of the mess I was trying to give away in 2019 and 2020.
#free50.
$20 from what I'm seeing listed locally.
$40 is too much but sure.
The gauges are honestly worth little or nothing, pod maybe five bucks (what I got mine for.) You can easily remove the over-spray with lighter fluid, doesn't hurt the plastic at all . . .
I have 1free, 1 $20, and 1 agreement at $40.
I need five in agreement to have fmv ruling.
I will agree to $20 also.
I got 3 at 20, and 3 at 40.
Im really happy with 20!
Do we have any others who agree?
I would pay $20 for it, but not $40 personally...
$20 it is for me as well.
I'll agree with 20$.
(Especially if they have an $18.00 dollar bill wrapped around them.)
