I picked this up for a project but my race car and my driver both need attention so...no time right now. If I had unlimited space it could join the other waiting projects but....
1982 Rabbit L, shows 194K on the odo but it doesn't work so... It has a CIS 1.7 with a four speed. Runs really smooth, but trans does not work. It clicks into the gears but there is no go. Has an odd shifter..kinda like the EMPI/Hurst style. Reverse has a lift up under the shift knob :thumbup: . Rear GTI discs also in place. It leaks fuel with the key on, it is right after the pump..I haven't had time to touch it. The right front fender and the hood were white at one point and the grill is zip-tied together. The rear hatch has been black jacked to keep it from leaking...some peoples idea of maint. scares me. Ask any questions, I will post pics of anything you want to see.
