Dude, you need to find someone else to buy this so I can quit looking at this thread and trying to figure out how to swing it.
Buy it! You'll like it!
He was on the phone with me yesterday afternoon and got into it a little in 2nd/3rd. SOUNDED EPIC.
You're also in the area of the US where there's probably the highest concentration of Probe/MX6 enthusiasts, so if you need help with the motor (Because MORE POWER), i can point you to them.
This car is a Megasquirt and some relatively simple work away from making over 200whp, as well as sounding like a bunch of supermodels banging god.
It does sound like sex.... I swear it really doesn't sound like anything else!!!

That sounds all fine and dandy, but I would have to unload the MR2 first and I dont see that happening unless....
Maybe this will help the thread:
This was Sunday..... Yes I was within a second of Z06's, Sti/Wrx, Mustang 5.0 Track Pack, Beat an Elise....

Arrrrrggggggg...... SO MUCH WANT.
Tell you what, i'll put a feeler out for the MSM and see what happens. If i can get close to what i'm wanting out of it, i can pick up the MR2 and still have enough left to go RX8 shopping.
Which would be FINE by me.

The Scion xB seems like a great way to get a useful daily, which could be the one thing you're collection currently lacks. I dunno, sways and Koni's, maybe there's some easy engine work to get a bit more out of the motor, or I'm sure there's some goofball turbo kit out there...

SOLD, meeting new owners in Columbus, OH next week to take delivery
Just to let you all know....
This car is a RIOT.
Torquey sumbitch and makes delicious noises. Butter smooth on the highway for 200 miles last night.

I hate you so much right now.
I didn't personally buy it, for the record. I convinced my buddy to buy it, and i drove it back for him. Clutch/flywheel combo is a little touchy and he hasn't driven a stick in 5-6 years.
oh ok, well remember me if he decides to move on at some point!
Glad ya like it! Thanks for helping me sell it!!!
His name is Mike, lives up in Noblesville. We figured this would be a good first project car for him.
You'll have to come up and check the car out, get a taste of Mazda fun!
