After reviewing the drag rules if it is a convertible the Del Sol would need a roll Bar any faster than 13.49. Hoping to be about a second under that!
I believe Honda calls it a Targa top but where would that fall in the rules?

Convertibles, T-tops, and Targas all fall under open top rules, as far as I have ever been told.
A Del-Sol capable of going 13.50 is going to need a roll bar or you'll have a Del with the Sol being about 1300' away.
But yes from a rule perspective it is an open top car.
