Dumb curiousity (as I have no real way to finance this) how far would you consider a Roadkill style misadventure?
Depends how much time I have for planning. Right now, 500 miles looks too far to go on Saturday, but given a week to plan and scheme, could be doable.
How healthy is the drivetrain? I'd be interested to know which set of heads the car has. I could make a run to the other side of the state with a trailer to pick it up.
Gonna have to pass. Just not the right time for me nor will it be in the next 6 months.
I believe they are these heads, since the engine appears to have this kit. Drivetrain is healthy, as far as I can tell, with the exception of the 2nd gear synchro (grinds).
Nitroracer or anyone else- speak now or be prepared to deal with eBay, I'll be listing it this weekend if nothing else happens.
