They drag race the hades out of those motors. With some work they put out some serious horsepower. I believe most Kwak 4 cylinders are still based on it with some serious massaging.

Yup Paul Gast, Stanley Gardner, and HMP all still make a good living building power house out of those. Biggest problem is the starter clutches wear out not just the three rollers but the hubs to and there no kick start after 81 when they got CDI ign boxes. Sold all of my KZ stuff a while back
