Learn me Gainesville amenities: Car wash machine, tire shop?

Last year I drove 2 highway exits away to get to the closest gas station with a car wash machine I could find listed online, but I know I've passed one not too far from the hotel, just not sure where it is exactly...

This year I'll also be looking for a decently affordable tire shop that can program TPMS sensors, any recommendations?
