Everyone has excuses, but I am put off by the sunroof. If it quit working, or doesn't work, you'd have very little hope of fixing it.
One of the reasons I bought my '88 turbo was that it had a slick top.
That's easy. If you don't open it, it won't break.
BTW, I can speak from teenage experience that if you have new tires on the front and very worn tires on the back, these cars are excellent low speed fun on dirt and wet roundabouts.
I have no idea what i would do with that after this weekend. I originally thought F2T, but i think i'm chasing the feel of a 135whp 2100lb Miata currently.
Mild n/a FE3?
Yeah, I think a FE3 of 170hp or so would suit it perfectly.
How much do these weigh and what sort of suspension/brake options are out there?
I happen to have three pairs of NOS front Konis for them. You ought to call Eric and talk to him about it since he has one...Actually he has two.
I just had visions of DDing this car instead of my 3. I should not have looked at the ad.
It's back:

Hot dang! That's a steal. If it were within 500 miles of me I'd be calling in sick today to go snag it.
